Skipping Rope

Remember the days we were young and full of energy? I used to play with the skipping rope all the time; in the kindergarten, in school, at home. Then it suddenly became boring, unfashionable.

However, I rediscovered it recently; only the primary reason wasn't simply having fun. ;) It's exam period, so I sit and eat a lot, and I started to gain weight. The skipping rope seemed like a perfect item to get back in shape as soon as possible.

I'm admiring my brand new purple skipping rope; I almost didn't find it in the store, as it is quite different from what I remember having in kindergarten. It is thin, light and made of plastic; the one I used to have was thick, heavy, a rope in it's original meaning, only coloured. Let the fun begin!

A Lifesaver

For the past couple of weeks I was having problems with my cuticles: dry, cracked and sore. Even the vast amounts of hand creme and oil didn't help. But I have found a perfect solution, BEPANTHEN. The creme is usually used for smaller wounds to heal faster. But it works perfecty for the cuticles as well.

I apply small amount of the creme on the cuticles and leave it to soak in. It might look a bit messy, but it helps, and that's what matters. :)
